The Global Wildfire Combat PROJECT ™ is a complex, multi-stage initiative spanning 25 years. It has evolved specifically to address the critical gaps in current firefighting technologies, vehicles, and infrastructure.
The Next Stage: “Funding Estimate Stage”
This initiative has progressed to the Funding Estimate Phase. At this juncture, a $1 billion investment is required to calculate the total capital expenditure needed to establish and operate the NATO-style alliance and infrastructure organization.
This investment will fund the infrastructure required to execute the Funding Estimate Phase, which specifically entails:
Educating global leaders and the public on the critical necessity of this organization;
Predicting which specific regions face the highest risk of large-scale wildfires in the coming decades, while auditing the response capabilities of current domestic and foreign firefighting forces;
Assessing the overall operational strength required to manage a worst-case scenario where peak fire seasons occur simultaneously worldwide;
Uniting all nations—including those currently at geopolitical odds—to cooperate transparently on this shared global mission;
Establishing the political frameworks and legal structures necessary to govern an international organization;
Identifying and ranking the global territories in most urgent need of immediate infrastructure deployment;
Developing strategic operational plans for international deployment and rapid-response logistics;
Defining national responsibilities, including individual country obligations for funding, resource allocation, and personnel;
Projecting the manufacturing costs for the mass production of specialized vehicles, equipment, and advanced technologies, alongside budgets for ongoing research and development (R&D);
Quantifying administrative expenses and operational overhead;
Allocating contingency reserves for unexpected capital expenses.
